I don’t think that people become more happy just because we do values, but I do think that it makes you appreciate the qualities that are already in other people more.
I don’t think that it is about becoming more happy, or more forgiving, it is more about uncovering, recognizing and appreciating the values in people already.

VbE Head Gill Ellis and Nicola Morgan developed a program which encourage parents and families to engage with their children's studying and with the school, using values to create a series of fun tasks and challenges which families plan and carry out together within the flexibility of their own home. It was developed in 2009 and won the Leading Aspect Award in 2010 for its innovative way of engaging parents with schools and organisations.Family Values Scheme
