Relationship Quotient (RQ)
The RQ (Relationship Quotient) is the combined competences a students has to develop effective relationships. This is one of the most significant competences that will determine a student's outcomes in life. It is involved in forming relationships between students, between students and staff, between employees and employers and between community members and its government.
